OUR APPROACH
OUR APPROACH
Frontline Engineering™ Equation
Frontline Engineering™
The 3 operating elements that work together to recover lost capacity and turn improvements into daily execution discipline.
Recovered Capacity = Daily Control × Frontline Behavior × Work Execution
This is how we bring control back to your operations — before you invest in automation, digitization, MES, AI, or any major improvement initiative.
The 3 Operating Elements
1. DAILY CONTROL
Provides operational control → How goals are translated into daily action through planning, assignment, follow-up, review, and reporting.
Without Daily Control, problems repeat, priorities drift, and performance becomes unpredictable.
2. FRONTLINE BEHAVIOR
Converts plans into results → How supervisors and managers communicate, decide, assign, and follow-up to keep operations on plan.
Without the right behaviors, even good systems are ignored and improvements fail to stick.
3. WORK EXECUTION
Creates and protects capacity → How basic maintenance work is planned, scheduled, and executed to ensure machine capacity is available for production.
If execution is weak, failures repeat, downtime increases, and capacity is lost at the source.
When These 3 Operating Elements Work Together
✅ Operational gains become sustainable
✅ Improvement initiatives gain traction
✅ Cash flow improves through better use of existing resources
This is why Frontline Engineering™ focuses on operational control first.
Why This Matters
Most factories don't lose money because they lack solutions.
They lose money because daily work is not controlled consistently. Small problems go unmanaged and capacity quietly leaks out of the system.
In many operations, these small losses add up to 6–8 hours per week per line. Across a plant, this can represent more than RM100,000 per month in lost capacity.
Frontline Engineering™ helps close those gaps by turning operational discipline into a daily practice, rather than an occasional improvement effort.
"Get It Done" LAB
The concept ensures everything is DONE during training session.
Participants fix missing frontline practices, create necessary drafts/forms, and demonstrate the routine on the production floor before the session ends.
Because we know teams rarely have the time or momentum to do this afterward.
The Xperience Approach
Drawing on our consulting background, we use a structured LAB approach: Learn → Apply → Become.
Training days end with installed routines → participants learn it, apply it to their real work, and ultimately "become" highly effective frontline leaders.
We are asking participants to break away from the current way of working, to continuously practice, and solidify their new skills.
ACCESS
To make this shift stick, ACCESS is the extra support that companies need.
Access to experts who answer your implementation questions
Coaching 30 days, free virtual group coaching to keep routines running smoothly.
Curated content that solves your problem
Experience that accelerates ROI of training spends
Support for workplace implementation
Systematic approach, not piecemeal tools
This ensures sustainable change, because your frontline team owns the improvement, not us.
Integration
Real transformation comes from integrating a series of new Xperiences into daily work, not just learning new knowledge.
The iceberg model illustrates how the structured LAB approach moves your team past surface-level knowledge, and drives deep, bottom-line ROI.
Learn (10% Knowledge): This is the foundation built during training. Because we cannot physically be at every worksite to guarantee the 70% execution happens, we mandate at least 1 live trial in class. This bridges the gap for participants who need immediate, hands-on practice before bringing the skill to the floor.
Apply (20% Social Learning): This is driven by our 30 days post-training coaching, participants have a safety net through coaching to reinforce the learning.
Become (70% Experiential Learning): This is the real world "on-the-floor" application where true transformation lives.
