On our boat a.k.a. The 4 MOS "Get It Done" UPSKILLING Workshop, leaders use the MOS map and compass to navigate along milestone buoys. They focus the efforts of the rowing team toward the New Home. It's the team's whole company's effort. We believe with the right tools, routine and guidance, any company will make it to 'Future' Island.

We have heard of many boats sinking after they just buy a route to PM or PdM or RCM land, all because they cannot overcome the pull of the anchor.
That's why we send out weekly parachutes containing strength supplies from our structured IMPLEMENTATION Support Package, so we can give your team the rhythm and courage to break free from past habits.
