FLM 1: Management Operating System
FLM 2: The 8 Effective Supervisory Behaviors
FLM 3: Maintenance Mini-Workshop Series
Not your usual productivity training!
Most Maintenance training ends in theory. Ours ends in implementation.
This is not a lecture-style course. It’s a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves workshop series to help you and your team co-design and upgrade the Management Operating System (MOS) that comprises specific routines, meetings, tools, and supervisory practices.
We bring real-world solutions based on 3-prong approach — System, Behavior & Operations
Each workshop combines expert guidance, exercises, reflection, and immediate on-the-floor testing. Instead of "teaching," we "Get It Done" together because we know your team won't have time outside the training room.
The Mission
Your team's mission is to reduce downtime by 1 hour per day, within 30 days.
Their Future Self
Imagine walking into your plant 6 months from now.
Supervisors are calm. They walk the floor, know what’s happening, and anticipate problems of low productivity. The shift doesn’t run them—they run the shift.
Maintenance technicians are prepared. Jobs are kitted and staged, priorities are clear, and they focus on fixing, not chasing parts.
Operators are engaged. They spot issues early, report them to the supervisors, and talk with technicians to eliminate defects.
Planners/schedulers are respected. Their schedules are followed, not ignored. They make the day flow efficiently.
The team works as one. People talk. Departments coordinate. Problems are surfaced, not hidden—and solved before they explode.
FLM = FrontLine Management Training
FLM 1: Management Operating System
Give your frontline leaders the structure and skills to manage daily operations that drive productivity and uptime.
We will help your team to co-design and upgrade your management system, which strengthens daily execution and makes your company runs like a well-oiled machine.
We will show your team how to critique their existing system and fix broken/duplicated/overlapped processes, systems, roles, and structures.
We guide them to improve their existing tools and build daily management practices that enable your team to track progress towards the goals.
FLM 2: The 8 Effective Supervisory Behaviors
Equip your frontline leaders with the effective behaviors to manage the valuable resources.
Our flagship 2-Day workshop gives your Supervisors the clarity and tools they’ve been missing. Many frontline leaders were promoted for their technical skills, but never trained to lead. We fix that.
This workshop aims to transform these 2 factors:
(1) How supervisors spend their time daily.
(2) The quality of supervision in the "proactive supervisor" mode.
We will help you to build a strong team of supervisors who are effective in supervising millions of Ringgit worth of resources and take control of daily results.
The dry-run teachbacks at the end of the workshop ensure the learning sticks—and opens the door for deeper improvement across the plant.
FLM 3: Maintenance Mini-Workshop Series (½-Day each)
Train your frontline team in the basic practices essential to reduce unexpected equipment breakdowns. Even though equipment failure is random, we sure is going to be prepared.
These short, focused workshops introduce your team to better Maintenance practices in bite-sized formats. Perfect for busy maintenance teams who can’t be away from work too long. Think of them as a test-drive before the full system build.
1. Mini Planning & Scheduling
Adopt a pitstop mindset.
🏁 Like F1 racing, high performance comes from preparation, coordination, and speed. This workshop shows how simple planning habits make all the difference.
2. Mini Preventive Maintenance
Fall in love with taking care of equipment again.
🚗 Like your beloved car, assets need care. This session reconnects your team to basic, high-impact PM principles.
3. Mini Defect Elimination
Learn how to stop recurring failures, not just fix them.
🐊 “Too busy fighting crocodiles to drain the pond”? This gives your team breathing space to eliminate defects at the source.
📊 Results You Can Expect

Building Capabilities & Systems
From experience, our past clients do not have the competencies, the knowledge and the tools to eliminate lost time.
However, time is a scarce resource in Production & Maintenance department. Managers would have to make special arrangements to enable the workshops to take place because these are the capabilities and the systems you need to reach the high performance mode.
