Workshop Modules
In this experiential Workshop, our goal is to show you how to use this methodology and its blend of 10 tools to:
Innovate an existing situation, work process, problem, or challenge
Explore new WOW ideas
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and
Think of new ways of getting work done faster, easier and more efficiently.
Each workshop is designed as 1/2 Day, 1-Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day/2-Night program.
Rajuna Abdul Rahim is EnSync Certified DESIGN Facilitator, and a highly experienced Productivity *doctor* for manufacturing plants.
She loves teaching frontline teams how to diagnose production and maintenance challenges, and build practical systems that drive performance, reliability, and profit growth.
Her projects were focused on making improvement happen at the point of execution! At the place where value is created. Now she is adding these Design Thinking tools to her existing toolkits, which include Observation, Diagnostic Interview, and System Explosion.
